Shipping Policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (Canada) We ship across Canada using Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, or Canpar — whichever offers the best rate at the time of fulfillment. Estimated delivery times:

Ontario: 2–5 business days
Rest of Canada: 5–10 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Free Shipping Enjoy free standard shipping on all Canadian orders over $200 (before taxes).

Local Pickup (Brantford, ON) Local pickup is available at our Brantford location. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and we'll notify you when your order is ready.

DIY Kits & Workshop Materials Some items (such as large DIY kits or paint sets) may ship separately or require additional handling time. Any delays will be communicated by email.

Order Tracking Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at ashley@brantfordfinderskeepers.ca. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

International Shipping We currently ship within Canada only. For international inquiries, please contact us at ashley@brantfordfinderskeepers.ca.
