Big Mama's Sweet Heat BBQ sauce is a Kansas City style sauce that has a sweet and smokey flavour with a honey sweet start and just enough heat to kick up the finish.

HEAT LEVEL: MEDIUM

Ingredients: Ketchup (water, tomato paste, brown sugar, white vinegar, salt, spices), molasses, orange marmalade, apple juice, honey, scotch bonnets, onion, liquid smoke, spices.

Naturally gluten free, sulphite free. May contain traces of nuts and/or tree nuts.
